We source our matcha from the matcha capital of the world, Uji, Japan. Our tea farm is over 100 years old where our founders travel to and personally oversee the whole process of Junbi’s matcha to ensure the highest of quality and integrity from our farm to our guests' cups. Our menu items are innovative and unique like our Yuzu Dragon Fruit Matcha Cold Brew and POG Matcha Cold Brew. Our matcha is a proprietary blend of specially shade-grown matcha - you can taste the difference and we're so excited to serve you!
